RETURN POLICY

We promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and the best customer experience possible. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help, so if you’re looking to make a return, here are some things you might want to know:
  • We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us. (See instructions below regarding damages/defects).
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds. A gift card will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of your return for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Gift cards expire after 365 days. Please note, if you place your order without applying your gift card, I cannot go back and apply it for you, you’ll have to use it on your next order.

We have a 12 day return policy, which means we must receive it back by the 12th day of your delivery date. If an item is sent back after 12 days, it will not be accepted, it will be returned back to you at your expense, or donated to charity after 30 days.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

All returns from the Grayland Styles website are issued in the form of a gift card. You will be notified via email that your gift card has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, with tags intact.
  • Returned item must be free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, and any other scents/odors. If your item contains any of these, it will be returned back to you, at your expense.
  • Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, leggings, jeggings, footwear, undergarments/camisoles, and accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety. Items listed as Clearance, Final Sale Item and 20% or more discounted items are final sale. 
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, a return label will be issued, and the item must be received before we ship out the correct item out. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have more than 7 returns within a calendar year, a 15% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. I do my best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering by providing sizing in the product description of each item, and posting videos of fit.
