Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and the best customer experience possible. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help, so if you’re looking to make a return, here are some things you might want to know:

  • We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers. Please don't ask us to make an exception to our return policy! 
  • We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us. Just send it back, and we will take care of you in a timely manner. (See instructions below regarding damages/defects).
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We have a 12 calendar day return policy, which means we must receive it back by the 12th calendar day of your delivery date or pickup date if you are local. If an item is sent back after 12 days, it will not be accepted, it will be returned back to you at your expense, or donated to charity after 30 days.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

All returns from the Grayland Styles website are issued in the form of a gift card. You will be notified via email that your gift card has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. Returns are processed within 7 business days. Please don’t ask me to invoice you for an item, and apply your gift card code to an invoice when your return hasn’t been processed. I cannot apply a credit to an invoice when I, 1. haven't received your return, or 2. haven't processed it.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, with tags intact.
  • Returned item must be free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, and any other scents/odors. If your item contains any of these, it will be returned back to you, at your expense.
  • Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, leggings, jeggings, footwear, undergarments/camisoles, accessories, and all holiday apparel, such as, pajamas, graphic tees/sweatshirts are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety. Items listed as Clearance, Final Sale Items and 20% or more discounted items are final sale. 
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, a return label will be issued, and the item must be received before we ship out the correct item out.

LOCAL PICKUP:  If you have chosen the 'local pickup' option, you must pick your order up within 20 calendar days of it being ready. Anything outside of that 20 day window, the return policy no longer applies.
